The Torp TC1000 2.0 controller keeps all of the stock Talaria Sting functions intact such as the display, kick-stand sensor, crash sensor, power mode button, and brake switch - with the only exception being the start button.

*While Torp controllers are rated IP67, making them highly water-resistant, the wiring harnesses for both the controller and bike are not waterproof. In case your bike is exposed to water in any way, it is mandatory to apply dielectric grease inside all connectors. The warranty does not cover malfunction or damage arising from the use of the motor controllers in activities where frequent or extended submersion in water is expected, such as riding in streams, rivers, or flooded areas. Over time, seals and components may degrade, reducing the water-resistant effectiveness of the product. Damage resulting from this natural wear and tear is not covered by the 2-year warranty.

Important: If using a 100V battery, ensure all components (e.g. DC-DC converter) are rated for this voltage to avoid damage.

Important: Currently, Torp controllers cannot communicate with the stock Talaria batteries produced by SCUD POWER BATTERY EUROPE OFFICE, as shown in the photo below. This means that the max power with this battery + TC1000 2.0 will only be a little above the stock power, as opposed to 11.5kW with the stock Talaria battery produced by Greenway. Other controller functionalities are intact. Please check the label on your battery before ordering.
