The TMB Linkage is designed specifically for installing the Sirris R38 rear shock on the Arctic Leopard XE Pro S, Enduro, and R.
Because the R38 uses a different shock length and travel than the stock Arctic Leopard shock, the factory linkage is not compatible. The TMB linkage changes the suspension motion ratio to work correctly with the R38 while maintaining the bike's stock wheel travel, ride height, and geometry.
This is a direct bolt-on installation with no frame modifications required.
