Nexbat 6AWG Battery Harness + Circuit Breaker: Sur-Ron Light Bee
Out of stock
This 6AWG battery harness is designed for the Sur-Ron Light Bee platform and is intended for riders running aftermarket controllers and higher-power battery systems where the stock wiring becomes a limiting factor.
The OEM Sur-Ron Light Bee harness uses 8AWG wiring and a lower-rated breaker, which is sufficient for stock power levels but restrictive as current demand increases. This harness upgrades the entire power path from the stock 8AWG system to a true 6AWG system, reducing resistance and heat while supporting higher continuous and peak current.
This harness is included with all Nexbat batteries for the Sur-Ron Light Bee and is now available as a standalone purchase for customers who want to upgrade their wiring independently.
Compatibility note: This harness is designed around Nexbat battery systems. It may be used with other batteries only if connector type and polarity are confirmed.
Key Features
-
6AWG High-Current Power System (Upgrade)
Replaces the stock 8AWG wiring with a full 6AWG power path, reducing voltage drop, lowering heat buildup, and removing current limitation under load. -
QS8 Anti-Spark Connector
High-current QS8 connector minimizes arcing during connection and protects both the battery and controller. -
Integrated 12V DC-DC Step-Down Output
Provides the required 12V auxiliary power output used by the Sur-Ron Light Bee electrical system for displays, relays, and accessories. -
Inline High-Capacity Circuit Breaker
Equipped with a 250A breaker, offering significantly more headroom than the OEM breaker while retaining manual disconnect functionality. -
Ring Terminal Battery Connections
Dual O-ring terminals provide a secure, vibration-resistant connection at the battery terminals. -
Braided Protective Sleeving
Heavy-duty red and black braided sleeving improves abrasion resistance, heat protection, and long-term reliability.
Intended Use
- Sur-Ron Light Bee / LBX builds
- Aftermarket controller upgrades
- Riders exceeding stock power limits where the OEM 8AWG harness becomes restrictive
